My path into computer science began with an interest in understanding how complex systems work and how they affect people's lives.
I first studied food systems, nutrition, and health at the University of Washington, where I developed an appreciation for interdisciplinary approaches to real-world challenges.
That curiosity eventually led me to computer science. I wanted to move beyond studying problems and develop the technical skills to build tools, analyze data, and explore potential solutions.
Since then, I've worked on projects spanning full-stack development, machine learning, and scientific research. I'm especially drawn to opportunities where technical work intersects with other fields and creates meaningful connections.
